Ok so i'm new to car tuning but I want to learn. I have about $4000 and I want to upgrade my car. I was wondering if anyone from Toronto or Brampton could help me by telling me about a place where I could find a good mechanic or a good sports car shop.

And if possible run your imaginations wild and tell me what you would do with $4000 if you were in my position
And my car is completely stock right now
