it says it fits on the d16y7(canada version) what ever the hell that means...but is that compatable with my 98 d16y7 auto?

is it bad to throw a turbo kit in a pretty much stock d16z6? wouldnt blow the motor???

y7's got that weird vertical throttle body, not like that matters here cuz that kit doesnt include the charge piping so yes it iwll fit

no, do a compression test, if ur numbers r good boost it up to 200whp or so. lol read the faq's plz

not unless you plan on anything over say 180..... you wont be able to go as high as others will cause your trans will go before the motor will

they don't like boost at all, just do it, blow your trans, and then when it breaks get a M/T swap

That kit looks like it's made of plastic,g/l with whatever you end up going with though.

he was running on stock internals. i searched and only found old posts where he said he was at 167.7hp and 127.7tq. running on 99 ex, edelbrock performer x kit, 2.5" catback -- i think that was it. i guess auto trans seemed to have eaten some torque he had a tranny cooler but he didn't use it. he changed the tranny fluid before the install and every 6-8k miles.

edit-- there are several others on the site who've boosted their auto also.
