it should since alot of aftermarket parts just ask it its an d series or w/e...so it should fit

it will bolt up to your motor for sure but who knows if there will be clearance issues with anything else in the engine bay, probably not but that's the only issue i could see. call up jackson racing or send them an email, they have great customer service, use it.
