d16y8 to d15b swap figured out - just one port thats not connected?

Figured out how i wanted to swap the d15b into my 98 civic. I used the same ecu, swapped over the oil pump with the crank sensor, alternator, power steering pump, timing gear, intake manifold, pretty much everything. For the knock sensor my friend made a 12mm threaded housing and i JB welded it to the block. Im just stumped on one port. i wish i could upload the picture but im not sure how without putting it on a URL. There is a bracket in between the intake manifold and the block. Its two metal lines that are welded together. So there are 4 ports in total. The one side goes from the valve cover to the intake im using. The other side goes from the passenger side back of the head (i believe) its hard to tell. And on the other side of that its got an open port. From what i can see all the other lines are hooked up and i dont see any open ports? any ideas what that could be?
