d16z6 boosted bogging and power loss

ive got a 1994 civic ex d16z6 with a greddy turbo kit. It started a couple of weeks ago when in 5th gear I would put the gas to the floor, and it would bog a little.. than stoped and all of a sudden got worse. It does it every gear when building like 4 pounds boost, and 4k toms. If I keep the pedal at a stebut still going faster it's fine. But when I give it it bogs, pops looses power you name it. I replaced fuel filter, plugs, is it the map sensor, or injectors? I'm planning on putting new pistons and rings in as it burns oil, could it be loosing compression so it bogs? I've already got the pistons and rings at home ready to be put in. Thanks,

CEL on?
What's the car tuned on and is it open or closed loop?
How much boost SHOULD the car be building?
Do the symptoms happen when the motor is both cold and at operating temp?
