i live in hawaii and i was wondering if anyone is selling a d16z6 engine or if anyone knows any good autoshops particularly on the island of oahu. any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm originally from Maui. I'd say your best bet is to order an from online dealer. The D16Z6 is a cheap engine but why not just go for a dual cam?

crap...i just realised i posted in the wrong forum. its a long story.....i was going to go for the b18c but kind of thought it was too expensive. than thought about the b16a2 mainly because i have a auto tranny on my dx. now deciding to go with the d16z6 because of the price.....and how much easier it would be to install.
i'd like to slap turbo on it after doing that but i'm kind of in the dark as to how functional the turbo would be considering it would still be an automatic tranny. what part of maui were you from?

covert it over to a 5spd b4 u turbocharge

hey wussup! im on the island of oahu...well i know a place that may have an engine your looking for, if you know where Rons is..there located on nimitz. last time i went there they had some honda engines in stock, you should check them out!!
