Damn Listen To This Shifting

listen to this shifting. this is my dad in his car (the blue one). he is 64 years old and owns a rsx type S with a Type R motor in it. He tricked all this s**t out himself. he is such a badass dad. There are 4 people in the blue car and 2 in the video car. Listen to the 3rd gear bark. your probably thinkin why does a 64 year old dad have a import. he also has a 65 gto that runs 10.00@135.50. i talked him into th rsx and he fell in love. tell me what you think about his shifting. this is not powershifting. the clutch hits the floor and the gas gets let off 90% of the way.

cool video....your dads car is pretty nice. if i ever sold my Si i would definitaly invest in a new RSX-S. i want some Type S seats for my civic but they are kinda expensive.

do front and rear type s seats fit in a 6 gen or do you have do some work??

front seats will fit for sure, but im also lost about the rears...im not sure if they will fit or not.

is type s only leather or do they got cloth too?? im not a fan of front leather and rear cloth so i dont know about doin this if the rears dont fit

i've seen sales for cloth type s seats, but i dont think they look as nice. ill do front leather and cloth rear in my car. nobody sits in the back anyways and people understand you want comfortable front seats. still looks good imo too!

the fronts bolt up. Im thinkin about jus gettin leather gsr seats but im not sure what kinda mods i would have to do to get the rears in

I can only chirp 2nd but then again my car is stock. I've heard some people say they have chirped 5th. Is that even possible. I've only heard of chirpin 2nd and 3rd. Correct me if I'm wrong. I think the person was full of sh!t.

well my dad chirped 4th at the race track and thats with the stuff they spray to get more traction. he can prob get 5th. it all depends on the condition. if its raining and u have sucky tires then sure u can chirp 5th. yes the type s seats are leather. we might get some type r swade seats so if we do then ill let you guys kno if u want the type s seats. if you were gonna go with rsx rear seats go with the type r because the type s has a lil tray thingy in the middle and the type r doesnt. u could put a seat belt for the middle of the seat if u wanted to on the R but not the S. if you guys have anymore questions let me kno. oh and our car doesnt have a type s motor or a base motor in it.
