Hi guys,
Had my 2002 Civic Coupe for around 2 weeks and it has developed a nasty intermittent habit and was wondering if anyone know's how to solve it. It doesn't always happen, kinda like a lottery...
Basically, when I put the key in the ignition the following happens:
* Battery light flickers
* Odometer reads 'Trip AB' with a row of 88888.88 where the mileage should be.
* If it doesn't all fail it shows innacurate readings on fuel gauge.
* Instruments completely dying with all reading zero.
* The handbrake light stays on.
* No dash lights or anything. When this happens, the rest of the cars electrics are fine. The indicator lights flash on the dash.
Then out of nowhere, after driving for around 10 mins or so it all comes back on.
This all started around the same time my seatbelt light started playing up. Even when I have it connected it stays on, sometimes flashing. If I lean forward the light goes out.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
