This was all in the DIY section of this thread. ^^ I hate it when people tell me this but "use the search button or just look a little harder next time". Good luck changing your lighting. I changed my climate control to red, working on the cluster.

For me it was a little difficult because the previous owner changed the AC, so I could not pull out the whole climate control like in those pictures in the DIY. I was lieing down on the driver side floor getting at the screws. But if you have the stock AC, it shouldn't be a problem. Good luck. I got my LED strip from advance auto parts for $24. I think walmart has some cheaper prices. Whatever LED strip you buy, get a 12V one so it will work with your car battery. Good luck.
ya that diy is for the wrong gen, i found this walk through here, http://www.ledautomotive.com/OrderInfo/01-04Civic/index.asp once u click on the climate control swap, just looks like its going to take a lot of work.
oh, i didn't know you have a 99-00 civic. Wow, that looks pretty intense. Good luck with that. I have a 98, and i just used 1 led strip. ^^
