Dash

I was wondering how i would replace this part of my dash? Does that piece come off.....or do you have to replace the whole dash?

it comes off but its screwed on from inside the dash, hope you have small hands you need to take the radio out, the AC, the vent panel that goes above it and all switches on the panel.
