Dead battery?

Noob question but is my battery in need of a jump start? It randomly stopped working today. My headlights were dim when I first tried to start it but now they don't turn on at all. My windshield wipers are super slow. All of my dashboard lights come on as well.

Any ideas? Fast replies appreciated.

first off just check that you have a good connection and grounds. It sounds like you are in need of some juice. If you have another car with the same size batter you could try testing it to see if that solves your problem. I know that prolly not the most satisfactory answer but it hopefully should get you started

I can't jump it with any car? The only other car accessable is a Toyota 4runner. Lol. I don't wanna blow up my car...

Oh if you want to jump it do it with any car. I thought you needed a new battery. Im not sure how to test a battery really. thats why I said to test it out with a different one to see if it works.. trial and error method
