Deciding Between a Few Different Precision's

I WILL RESPOND WITH MY ENGINE SETUP AND LINKS TO THE TURBOS.

Hello, I'm making some decent progress piecing together the parts for my turbo build. I'm hoping to make 500+ WHP with a powerband topping off at 9000 RPM (the lower the better), and keep a good spool time for the turbo. I'm expecting to have to boost to at least 20+lb, but if possible I'd like to cap off at 25lb.

After first cycling through reviews on different manufacturers, and comparing prices and models, I've decided to get a Precision turbo, and have (somewhat) narrowed it down between a few different models. I'm going to be getting a T03/04 journal bearing turbo, with a .63 A/R. THESE ARE THE MODELS I AM CURRENTLY CONSIDERING: 5831 MFS, 3431E, 6076E.

Any help is greatly appreciated. I don't care about preserving A/C or powersteering.

As you can see, there are still several things I need to consider, however I'd like to get the turbo figured out now as it's one of the core components. Once I have that sorted out, negotiating the rest should be easier.
