Defi DIN Gauges changable?

Ok I have two questions about these gauges:

1. Can you only get them in Temp, Temp, Pressure? or can you get them with different gauges?

2. Can the colors be changed to say...blue? cuz i have blue interior neons(and here come the flamings)

i believe you can get them in any combination. but ive only seen them come in red and white.
