Ok so over the winter I have been using my sub box that I had in my civic before I sold it in my del sol, but now that the weather is getting warmer I would like to be able to fit the top in the trunk while still having my subs. The current box I have in there is 36x15x15 and has two 12" MAAudio subs in it and is ported(I know this isnt the best discription but only way I can think of saying what it is) but anyways I plan on making a box that is 32x16x8 so I can still fit it in the trunk under the roof. The subs will be mounted on top of the box and will have four 4" ports across the side facing the rear bumper. Im just wondering what your guys thoughts are on weather or not this would still sound good or should I try something different?

Key points:
I will not buy diff. subs
I am not going to take out my spare tire and build a box using that route
I have only 8" of height to work under, making my maximum size 36x28x8

Any positive comments are appreciated
