Actually, you are untrue. That seller is lying. EVOs do not have centercaps and you cannot put centercaps onto an EVO wheel. They are selling the same wheels as I am with EVO stickers. Why exactly would they open every single set of new Regamasters before selling them? Just to make sure they're there? They open them to put the EVO stickers on there and "scam" people out of their hard earned money. It sucks that people like that still exist out there on such a large scale. Those wheels are NOT EVOs.
