if it does it does and if it doesnt well your out the money.....we are not. basic theory behind it... your stock....100 percent stock intake system (pick up, air box, filter, inlet tube, and manifold) all of it creates resonating air pulses. basically the air is not going into the motor smoothly, this is why we all opt for short ram intake tubes. those devices are suppose to eliminate this by creating a vortex of air coming into the intake manifold. do they actually work....i have no idea. if your car was completely stock.....ehh it couldnt hurt to give it a try. but if you already have an intake, like aem, weapon-r or other. then all your doing is wasting your money.
