I am interested in buying a 92-95 Civic Hatchback and am looking for information about the differences between Si’s and other models. If you have any information, or if you can direct me towards a site that can helpful, that would be great =) I know about the engine differences, but I don’t know about:
1 - sunroofs – did non-Si cars ever come with sunroofs? Or maybe a sunroof on a non-Si is just rare?
2 – what are the body differences between Si’s and other hatchbacks? (If I could get some good pictures, that would be great!) It looks to me like there is a bit of a spoiler at the top of the hatch on the Si. Probably a difference in wheels too, right? Any other significant differences?
3 – there is probably a different handling package too, right?
4 – what colors did these cars come in? So far, I have found white, red, black and blue. Were there any other color options?
Thanks for your help
Cheers

PLay nice guys.

Well i have no clue about the civic model in Canadia but the Si out here has 4 wheel disk brakes, a d16z6 and a sun roof where as all the other hatches do not.

OK, I know I am really new here, and you already forgave me once for not finding this info on a search, but I am seriously having difficulties here...I did a search for Sticky, and it doesnt show up...I tried looking up the last 3 pages of posts for the 5th gen forum, and I didnt get that from Sticky (unless you are talking about Sticky's post '5th Gen Info & Specs' which doesnt answer any of my questions)...I looked up OMG and I got nothing...what is OMG?...where is the post you are talking about?
confusion reigns in my brain, aka Gweldorf

OMG means Oh My God.

a "sticky" is a permanent post that stays above the other posts(normally FAQ's (Frequently Asked Question) and other important info is in a sticky)

for the 5th gen specs either goto http://www.clubcivic.com/board/civicspecs.php or do a search on civic specs, they are really easy to get. there is not a whole lot body wise difference between the models. other specs can be found in the link
