dim lgihts...

so the other day i put in some new speakers in my doors, and as i was driving home leter that night, i noticed my tach, speedometer, gas/temp gauges didnt work...then when i got home parked behind my sisters car, noticed my lights were dim...wtf...later that night i went out cruising, and i parked in front a glass building, and noticed my headlights looked like city lights, not bright at ALL...then when i got onto the highway, i was going 35 and threw it into second, every thing came back on, cluster worked, lights got bright...i also rolled up my windows at the same time too...does anyone know what was wrong? i would like to fugure it out before it happens again...

sounds like it could be a grounding problem.....what happens when you unplug the speakers..?

all i did was put in new front speakers, i just taped off the surrunding metal areas in the door, and it no longer happens, i dont know if this actually fixed it, but ohwell.
