just disconnect everything, take out the axles (have to take apart lower arm to get out), disconnect linkage rods, support with a jack then take off the mounts and bolts.. then after the tranny is out of the way you can take off the pressure plate and your disk will fall right out.. make sure you use the alignment tool when you put the new clutch components in

and replace the throw out bearing! i know its a scrappy list but it should get you started thinking..
