RONJ, PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK IT.
A friend (Chris Carlton fagt) did the work and im doing this by memory.

Parts needed:
-Head gasket
-Oil+filter
-Coolant

1. Remove spark wires and plugs 5/8" socket

2. Disconnect EVERY plug that is connected to the head assembly and remove all vacuum hoses that connect to something outside of the head (i.e. brake booster hose). Label if needed.
3. Remove the injector clips and put to the side. Label injectors 1 and 4.
4. Remove valve cover (five 10mm bolts)
5. Remove timing belt plastic cover and mark the belt and cam gear so you don't mess with the timing.
6. Loosen the timing belt tension bolt (12mm)
7. Remove belt off of head
8. Loosen the head bolts doing one-third turns each time as to not warp the head. Use a 14mm deep socket 1/2" socket with a breaker bar. You might need a 3" extension

9. Once the sockets get loose enough, remove them and then pull the head off.

Right now is a good time to get the head milled, it MUST be done if the car was over heated. Also it is very easy to add a Password:JDM/Hondata intake manifold gaskets if you want.

10. Tighten down the ARP bolts with an Allen wrench till they stop.

11. Reinstall head and hand thread the ARP nuts till they get to the bottom. Then start torquing them with wrist strength with a deep socket 12 point 12mm socket.
