DIY Interior Lighting??

Is there a DIY or How To write up to change the interior lights of your car? I have a Honda Civic 03 LX and when I was searching and I DID search, I just saw people showing they had it by no how to's

Is there one on here or at another site? I am wanting to change our the lights of my entire car to Blue and also install under the dash lighting for the feet area.

I looked, most of them are way old. I can;t seem to match up the bulbs being told to use or anything. Guess I am gunna have to research a little more :/
