Does any 1 have these Alpine speakers?

I have the Type-R's too and they're sweet. That's a really good price too. I work at Best Buy also and I just got them a couple weeks ago when I took my subs out. Sometimes I still think I got them cause they have really good bass response. I also got the 6x9's tho.

My bro has the same component speakers in his car, but the type S's (a fellow member of his Mazda Club works at Visions).
I've got no complaints about the type S's, nevermind how the type R's would sound.

i used to have type r's then someone stole them out of my car but i loved mine but the type s is the same to me i think!

yeah dude they sound tight...if you get them you need to run they off and amp...b/c your deck doesn't put out enough..to make it sound good..

I have a type R sub and it's amazing. If you get anything alpine and it says type r on it you're set

i have the exact same ones in my car n they are awesome sound real good especially if u got an amp going to them i say u go for it and it's a great price
