Does Anyone know If a 99-00 civic ex interior fits in a 98 civic Ex?

I got a 98 civic Ex. I know everything should fit butttttt their's one thing thats bothering me. 99-00 civics have knobs that you turn for fan speed and AC. The 98 civics you have to do that all manually. If you put the dash from the 99-00 civic's into the 98 civic's, do you have to do any wiring or is it just plug and play or go, whatever? Or do you have to use the wiring from the 99-00.

I would really appreciate if someone can help me.
