Does my 1998 Civic 4-door needs a REAR CAMBER adjustment or upgrade?

My 1998 Civic 4-door needs a rear camber adjustment or replacement and I need advice as to my best known options. It has been suggested to me that the existing factory equipment was not sufficient and not worthy of repair. If this is true, what product manufacturers are preferred in retro-fitting an upgrade.

What parts have actually gone bad?

Actually none. I have just returned from my allignment guru and he all for 60$ and I'm good 2 go.
