Dome light/Dash Lights

My dome light hasn't worked since i bought my car. (Had no radio in it when I bought it.) All the dash lights worked fine. On friday I hooked my stereo I got for my birthday up and things started getting weird. My gauge cluster back lights don't come on, at all, even when I switch my headlights on. The dimmer switch was all the way down, but it should've still been seen. Also, my climate control lights only come on when the headlights are on. Now, I made sure my wiring was all taped up because there's tons of extraneous wires hangin around in there. Also, how do I get my cigarette lighter and cig tray light to work? How do I get my dome light to work again?

There are a few wires that are three ways, I'd just double check all of your wiring and find a few diagrams online to check against

I can't ever seem to find the dome light physical diagram. I can find the wire diagram, but it's usually nice to have a physical to back it up.

Can anyone help? I've searched tons and can't seem to figure it out. Most of the time it comes up an EK or change out the gauge cluster. I wanna figure all the possibilities before I get a new cluster.
