I ordered a FBSS air ride kit for 1600 including shipping. Well all they sent me was a tank and switch box, And i called up saying how i didnt get all my stuff they said.. well someone must ahve stole the rest of it from your door step then, I said i signed for it right there it wasnt left on my door step buddy, we argued for about 20 mins, Just for him to tell me im screwed and im not getting any "extra" parts i didnt order. I said i thought i ordered a COMPLETE KIT. he said how much did you pay i said 1600.00 he said that is the complete kit but its not our fault you didnt get it all, we shipped it..blah blah

so for anyone looking to buy from them. DONT! They are rip-offs!!

first i would call the shipping company and make sure you recieved everything they shipped. if it was more than one box, something could have happened and it would be an insurance claim w/ them. if you find out they only shipped what you recieved, then i would call the parts company back and tell them you spoke with the shipper and the parts you are missing were never shipped. demand a supervisor/owner, then threaten a call to the BBB

Yeah i checked to see if i was missing boxes, it said 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 on both my boxes i got. And I am gonna turn them in to BBB. one thing that really sucks is i wish i would have ordered it on a credit card but i didnt i sent a money order :[

I suggest you keep calling them till they decide to eather refund you or send out all the parts. Make sure you make it clear that you will visit them if they dont get their act together.

yah, when i make large purchases, I use the CC. That way you can stop payment really ez. Report them b/c it sounds like they were being dicks on the phone. Don't forget to keep good records of the times and dates you called as well as the name of the person you spoke to.
