ive got 6.5" alpine type-s'. had to cut back a bit of the metal door innards to make them fit.

i heard that 6" fit no problem but i have no personal experience with that

yeah 6.5 will fit, i just installed them in gf civic and had to take door panel off and cut in the back the plastic. they were alpine type s. the magnect is bigger than stock ones. 30 min job if your first time. it was for me.

should have wiring instructions that came with the speakers

iv got infinity door speakers and 6x9's they sound great, just my 2 cents

Cut the harness and plug it into the speaker. Connect the leads of a AA or D batter to each lead of the harness. If the speaker cone moves up, you have identified the correct polarity of the speaker. Whichever leave you connected the + of the battery to is the correlating wire you will connect to the + of the new speaker.

I'm running Polk Audio MM that are around 200RMS and I have a 1000W 4 channel Amp that works great.

you can buy speaker harnesses at best buy so there is no cutting involved =)

i get them for like 2 buckss
