Drain Line Placement

I'm turbocharging my H22 swapped sedan here shortly in the spring time with tax return money. I have a new oil pan I'm planning on placing the drain line bung on but I'm unsure where exactly to locate it. Should I just put it all the way at the top? I thought if it was too low that the oil would back up the drain line. Any help is appreciated.

Yes, the oil return bung should be placed on one of the higher/highest points of the oil pan and also try to keep the line straight as possible with minimal bends..good luck with your project
