I got some sparco racing pedals and they require drilling holes in the pedals well the clutch and brake pedal I already did just fine-took the pads off and drilled the holes but the gas pedal rubber does not come off and I don't know if there are any caveats to drilling holes in the gas pedal cause of throttle by wire or whatever. I know this seems trivial I just don't want to screw my car up by doin somethin stupid ya help will be appreciated-thanks!!!

its a 5th Gen man... its just a hunk of metal with a rubber cover. drill to your hearts content. also just a side note I think the first time Honda used the drive by wire set up was in the s2k so you're fine as far as that is concerned

Since you are posting in the 5th gen section I am assuming you are working on a 5th gen. The pedal is plastic to my knowledge. There is no rubber cover...at least there wasn't on mine.
