Driver low beam light not working

So my driver side low beam lights do not work, high beams do work. I've checked all of the fuses. I also looked around for relevant posts concerning this problem. My connection plug may be the problem since it appears to be all "melty"; just want to confirm if this may be the problem.

Only you can confirm that. Are you getting power at the plug? Find out where you are losing connection and go from there.

Post pictures of the wires. Is the bulb blown?

Check bulb first then check for power

welp the problem was just part of the bulb being burnt out. Immediately switched out both bulbs just in case.
