Just wonder if anyone has the same problem I do?
Just installed halo projector headlamps for my 94 EG CHB..
All works well but when I turn the engine on the projector also lights up very dim.
When the engine is off and I switch the praking lights on the halo alone turns on without the projector slightly dim.......thats what I want when I'm driving...I just want the halo's on when I'm driving with the switch in the praking position....I've been told to use a seperate switch but I was wondering if there's another way around this?

you can splice up the blinker lights.. there should be 3 different colors ... red, black, green. Do not plice the headlight power source harness.... anywho splice up red (positive) and black wire (ground) DO NOT Splice Green Wires unless you want your halos to blink ;-P your halo projectors should of came black and red (or some other color not sure) wires just put black with black and red with red turn on parking lights ur halos will come on .. i would upgrade the fuse too.. i think it uses 7.5v upgrade it should give out little bit more power... well that's the way i did it when i had halos and it worked fine... i also had H3 HID Kit so it wasn't really dim.

OK that sounds cool, but will that allow me to drive with the halo's on alone and the projectors off completely?

yes, but you'll have to turn on your parking lights on .. so ur halos and your corner/blinker lights will be on ... but if u don't want that u can alwyz hook it up to the battery ground the black wires and run a switch into your car but it's up to you ;-D hope that helps... seems, sounds complicated but very simple...if u splice is make sure u solder it or atleast tape it well with waterproof tapes

i would use the little plastic splicers you can buy at radio shack and if you still getting dimming try using a local ground.
