DVD head unit?

okay i drive a 2005 subi wrx.. i plan on upgrading and tossing the in dash 6 disc cd changer cd player.. because ti sucks.. in its place si plan on putting the Kenwood DDX7015.. its the dvd player with screen... al you see is the screen andit doesnt fold out like most do.. but what i am wondering is how people... put wondows media player liek this on there.. to play music...

by the way that screen is in a is300

it's an auto pc.... you can build your own or some companies make them.... but they're not worth it imo

actually.. that is windows XP.. that is why it looks like that..

im not really a fan of kenwood. if you like the double din screen dvd player. for close to the same price.. check out the eclipse avx2404, avx2494, avn2454 avn5435. i think they are better in every way over the kenwood.

i liek thsis keenwood sreen because it is the exceleon model and it has IMO the best screen resolution... i have see eclispe and i thinkt hey have gone down hill... pioneer has a good one.. but for th emoney .. i like the kenwood... but thanx guys.. there is a guy with a sti that has his gauges running throught the screen

yeah... i just put one of those radios (dont remember exact model) in a 05 civic coupe. it was used... but pretty nice. the only thing i didnt like about it is that the harness is built in to the unit, so if u cut it too short... ur screwed.

yeah... it was funny cuz the guy says he's MECP certified, but didnt know how to install it... hahahahaah.. so yeah, he only had about 2 inches worth of wire left on it, so i fell sorry when he tries to reinstall it...
