I got those same headlights for my wife's ej8 a month or so ago. they came with a replica ctr grill, wasn't impressed with it, but since it came free it's on there. Her coupe is red, I'm not as happy with it as I thought I'd be, wish I got just the black housing non smoked, but they look really good with your black paint. you should take your car in and have the tail lights tinted lightly just to match the headlights. don't go really dark, just like 15 or 20% to give it that "lightly smoked" look.
don't go cheap with the grill, trust me, cheap ones don't fit very well. I'm already having to replace my wife's with an si lip when I get the money.
