I would usually say search function, but I'm kinda bored. Ebay turbo's aren't as horrible as everyone makes them out to be. You can piece together a kit yourself that will be much better than an ebay kit though.

Start with a cast manifold, ebay would be fine. The cast ones will not crack.
For a turbo, you can buy one used.. or try an ebay one, I've had friends using them with no problems.
Wastegate, ebay or just spend the extra money on a tial.
Downpipe, you can use the ebay one, they usually come with the manifold as a set.
Intercooler and piping, you will not find a better deal than ebay.
BOV, might as well buy an ebay too, for the money it will be fine under 15psi
Injectors, don't cheap out.. or you can just use DSM 450's, usually go for like 100 bucks
Gauges, you'll want a boost gauge, oil psi, and possibly wideband.
Tune, since your car is obd2 you'll need a p28 or p06 ecu that's socketed. To use the obd1 ecu you'll need to get a step down harness.
Oil lines, you'll need a feed and return.
Vacuum lines
Since your car has a d16y8 I'd replace the oil pump with a toda pump, they're like 110 dollars but it's well worth it. Otherwise you'll have to shim your oil pump pickup to gain an extra 10psi.

^^What he said

but f**k buying the oil pump. All those after market oil pumps are just factory ones that are ported and shimmed. Just do it yourself and save the money.

If you plan on using an ebay turbo, use an oil restrictor. Ebay turbo seals arent that great.

x2 on the turbo seals. If you do end up using an Ebay turbo, save yourself the hassle, and make sure you run an oil restrictor. The seals on my ebay turbo blew out, and the car started smoking like crazy. After it blew, i ended up buying a garret rebuild kit. If you chose to go this route, just make sure to have to turbo balanced.

lol its a Toga oil pump... and dont buy one, i bought one and it wasnt ported or anything i sent it back and got a Endyn racing oil pump instead...

shimming the oil pump doesnt do anything but put more strain on the oil pump... ive done it and didnt gain any extra oil pressure...

if you get a ebay turbo have the internals(seals and rings) rebuilt with Garrett parts
