Ecu ?

Im currently running the stock d16y8 with the stock ecu. I hae a p72 ecu that is chipped but when i plug it in, i throw the code for Idle air control or some s**t and it runs really rough. My question is how can i fix this or what sort of ecu should i look for.

what tune is on the p72? the p72 run a b18 non vtec. it could still have the basemap for the b18. it could be tuned to run a turbo ect.

this really has me scratching my head. i ran a stock p72 with my mini me swap and it ran fine. what kinda mods do you have done to your Y8

Those fake JUN chips are a waste of money, people who sell them typically just advance the ignition and add a lot of fuel. You generally dont make any real horsepower, instead you are wasting gas. Also if the ignition is advanced to far it can cause internal damage.

As far as the IACV CEL you are getting. Unplug it when the car is running and see if it causes the cars idel to get worse or better.
