your pretty much going to have to convert to obd1 or 2 depending on what you want to do and make some changes to your wiring harness unless you find a obd0 b16a from an ef9 still harness changes but no need for obd changes.

sorry im not famillier with the term obd1. what is this obd1 .
thank you for helping

With that said, you definitely need to take some initiative to read and research.
Here's a little bit of help.

OBD - On Board Diagnostics, built into Engine Control Units (ECU).
3 Levels, OBD0, OBD1, OBD2.
ECU monitors and has ability to retrieve engine trouble/codes.(When your CEL or Check engine light comes on.

There is lots of info out there if you're willing to take the time and look, especially when dealing with a 20+ yrd old platform.

:welcome:

Looks like you've got a lot of reading to do. Google is your best friend at this point.

Most Honda motors can be swapped into other Honda's with ease. There are companies that have specially engineered engine mounts to essentially make everything a bolt-in process at this point. OBDI is more tuner friendly since there are less emission restrictions. You have a pre-96 (96 and up is OBDII) car anyways so you'll be fine.
