is it possible to somehow hook up a shift light to the tach in the cluster? i want to make sure before i put in the new one. (i dont want an aftermarket tachy!) <3 oem

three of my friends have shift lights without the monster tach, the light is hidden inside the vent by the window...ill see if i can find it some where,

I'm very interested in that... How could I connect a shift light if I don't have a tach? How would I know how to set it for redline?
