ok i got another cluster from a guy who had same year eg as mine only difference between our clusters were his had a tach and mine didnt so if i swap clusters will tach work on new cluster i got from him or will i have to do some wiring

You will have to do absolutely nothing to it. It will go in the same way you took the other one out and work perfectly.

ok fixed my hazard issue now they all work clusters dont light up still no clue how to hook them up they came installed on the cluster and my odometer and speedo still dont work and they worked in my buddys car ive replaced the speed sensor also

speedo and odometer work YAY finally now have to figure out how to wire reverse glows
