EG front bumpers

Im new to this forum. Im just not getting the answers i nedd from the local guys here in South Africa.

what i want to know is does the SR3(hatch\coupe) front bumper fit the SR4(4 door)?

theres a guy on here who did that once. it can be done, the only thing is that it wont be even on the sides attaching to the fenders. like its going to poke out some because it doesn't line up evenly since its going to basically be stretched out to fit. other than that.. go for it lol

2door bumpers can be fitted on a 4 door. 4 doors i guess can fit 2door but since the 4door bumpers are longer with a lil work and modifications can be made to fit but are not a direct bolt up fit. coupe and hatch fronts are the same but rears are different.

Yes, it can be done. There will be a small gap between the back on the bumper and the fender.

In order to make it look stock, this guy had his fenders custom done. Front half is coupe and rear half is sedan and they are welded together.

hey guys

well i got my eg bumper yesterday and as every has said it does not fit... the fender does not line up 100% the corners are diff from the couper/ hatch to the sadan...

but all is not lost the front is 100% and i found a guy that does plastic welding and he is going to cut the corners off the old bumper and put them on the new bumper to make them fit 100%.

but ill let you guys know how it turns out.

do you have to change the hood? cause i remember i was messin around and tried that. the sedan hoods seemd to be a lil longer than the coupe and hatch.or maybe other way around. i cant remember

no i didnt need to change the hood. there is a tiny diff at the front by the light but nothing a panel beater cant fix.

but thie project has been put on hold for now. one of my conrods broke and went through my block so i swapping out the motor at the moment!
