it was real easy. the plug that connects to the parking lights (Double filament bulbs) has three wires. one is ground second is for parking lights (constant 12v when lights are on) and the third is for the blinker. so i tapped into ground and the parking light wire. if i was to hook up the jdm side marker lights, then i would have to tap ground and the thrid wire, wich is the wire for blinker part of the bulb. i believe the colors i tapped into was black(ground) and the red (12v parking light siginal). for your application, the city lights will work. just make sure that the headlight assembly comes with the citylight bulb and plug. but it will work for you. hope this helps.mugen00 said:How did you wire those up?? should get some amber bulbs for the corners, looks cleaner than the white (i got practically the same corners with some amber bulbs, check the sig)

And again, where's the dude wit the Hatch and the TYC's??? lol. Oh yea, get hyper yellow bulbs for your corners, i like them better than amber. Looks nicer. But that's jus my opinion.

I got mine on ebay. Procarparts also sells them, but the price is too expensive. Here's links to 1157 and 1156 bulbs. The front bulbs, 1157, are a dull ugly yellow when they're side markers, but light up a nice yellow when the turn signal comes on. The 1156 lights up a nice yellow. Does anyone know where I could get bright ass yellow (is 300 foglight kind) bulbs? lol

the 1156 wont work on my car because one bulb is a parking/turning signal light. 1156 is a single filament while 1157 is a dual filament. when i got the head lights, they sent me the 1156 witch was the wrong bulb.D16Z6 SOHC VTEC said:I got mine on ebay. yea. 1156 is for the rear turn and reverse. 1157 is for the front signal and brake lights. oh yea. could you tell me how or why the hatch's tail lights light up on the outside? and not the inside. I want to do that to my coupe.

For the hatch, when you brake, only the tail lights on the body light up. For the coupe, the ones on the body and the trunk light up. so yea, i wanted to make the coupe's rear lights like the hatch.
I think you can. check to see if the trunk lights. check them to see if they are 1157. if so changed them to 1156. that might do it. and i think all my lights on my hatch light up.D16Z6 SOHC VTEC said:For the hatch, when you brake, only the tail lights on the body light up.
