Give it time. Its part midnight in most of the u.s.
Seems pricy to me and I personally wouldn't buy a motor built by someone i don't know. I'd make sure he has dyno sheets for a tune and stuff if u r interested

Doesn't say who built it. I would ask if he paid for rebuild if so ask if warranty on it.
