Ek civic short shifter and other mods.

Hello I'm new to the forums and this is my first post. I have a bog stock ek civic with the small 1.6l motor. I was thinking of putting in a short shifter? Any thoughts. What brand short shifter would I go. Also what are some easy Mods I can get to get more out of the 1.6. Cheers tom

you wont get much out of a single cam...
but short shifters...i like TWM

They feel nicer... In the hads of a highly trained pro they get you 1/10th in the 1/4!

I ask because if you have to ask this question its more of a "other people have it so i want it" type deal. which will be useless to him

Hey guys cheers for the replies, I only ask about the short shifter because I like the feel of a short throw shifting gear box, with the engine would I be better off looking at an engine conversion rather than bother with the 1.6L block.
