Electric windows

i have a 1997 1.4 civic and recently the two electric windows go down easy enough but when i go too put them back up they seem too struggle and stutter! any help would be appreciated thanks.

Get a can of silicone paste from amazon .
Rub all inner rubber window channels with paste .

You can go to autozone and buy a silicone lubricant. After you get it you need to take off the door panels and spray it in the tracks.
