Electrical help: Add LEDs to the door handle jams

im looking at adding a few LED bulbs into the door handle jams. (inside the car) i would like to replicate the stock red in the si. i already know that i will tap into the light switch so that when i turn the running lights and headlights on, the door jams will illuminate. i guess what im looking for is an easy how-to on how to put together a few LED bulbs and how to add power to it. i would like to use LED bulbs from radio shack cuz its close to hm. also i wanna add a little flare to the interior without spending a buttload of cash. hope sumone can help.

You talking about an led board? or single leds?

for the wiring talk to the guys at radioshack for led bulbs that run on 12V you may need a resistor, but you should just be able to tell them what you want to do and they could help you with everything you need. just solder the wires together, install the lights, and hook to ground and the fuse for the running lights.

you may wanna hook them to the interior lights so when your door is open they come on like you want them to.
