electrical issues from hell ( gauge cluster)

where do I start? My poor hatch has some electrical issues. ever since I bought my car the turn signals flash fast in the cluster, the right signal doesnt even blink ( you just hear the clicking sound) CEL doesnt illuminate at all although I know I dont even have the 02 sensor connected. Its not the cluster itself because I just tried a completely new one. its not the bulbs either because Ive tried switching out the individual bulbs. fuses; both under dash and under hood arent blown. what could it be? ecu? harness? sorry for rambling lol in short..

why doesnt my CEL light come on at all? what else should I check?

Check your grounds. Number one failure of automotive electrical is bad or no ground.

quick question I have these 2 sensors that are not connected to anything. Are these the primary and secondary o2 sensors? Im thinking no because Im pretty sure the secondary o2 sensor drops though the floor of the car.

The secondary does drop through the floor, what model civic us that, ex,dx,vx?
