electrical issues

I have a 1996 honda civic ex. so today i pulled out of the parking lot and my head lights went off all of a sudden like a fuse just blew so i turned on my brights so i can make it home and those went out as well. and on top of that my dash lights keep dimming and getting brighter and my radio keeps turning on and off. this happens when im driving and idling. my battery light sometimes come on as well and i tested that and ran a starter test and an alt test and everything checked out and one of my connections was loose but i tightened it and it hasn't come loose but my battery light still comes on very dimly sometimes and bright sometimes. i dont know were to start if anybody has any ideas id love to here them

Sounds like a bad connection or grounding issue. Going to have to do some looking and make sure they are all connected and in good contact.

Can you still start / drive the car? Check fuse 15 under the dash.

Obviously check the fuses first, but this sounds like a grounding issue to me. I hate electrical issues.
