Electrical Problems on EP3

Driving on highway, go from 6th to 4th to pass a car, radio shuts off.

- Doors do not Lock/Unlock when the car is off/
- No power to radio at all
- Side markers do not come on when lights are turned on, but they still act as blinkers. Same when hazards are turned on
- Fog lights do not work.

Checking fuses, but gimmie clues as where to look next.

Does the radio shut off, or the sound just dies down?

No power to the radio at all...just flat out died.

Its a dual flip out, and it died with the screen out...

I jsut dont understand why my markers/side markers dont kick on when i turn the headlights on...

Do you have them wired into the headlights?

correction, my parking lights do NOT turn on when i turn them on.

AAHHHAAA!!!!

Found problem to fogs/parking lights not turning on.

"Small Light" Fuse under hood - blown - replaced - fogs work/ but the side markers do not...

Now!

How do i fix the problem where my locks work when the car is OFF, and how do i get power to my radio when everything is wired correctly?

EDIT! PROBLEMS SOLVED!

"Backup" fuse was also blown, and now the door locks work, and my radio. thanks to everyone who shot me some ideas! and RonJ from a previous post from back in the day. Search search search

not necessarily you still need to find out why the fuses blew in the first place so it doesn't happen again . im guessing you had a system installed ??? who did the install ???
