electronic problems on an ej8

i got this car about a week ago and wasnt told about these issues, just kinda finding them as i go along. my horn, and dome light dont work. the horn is my main concern because i cant pass inspection without it, amd i cant honk at people when i get pissed off. guy that sold it to me said the horn hasnt worked sence he got the alarm installed im new at this and i dont know much so any advice may help

first off, the horn is a simple thing that has been around for decades... 1 power wire going to the horn and 1 ground grounding in the column. your car is already grounded, so check your fuses.. if anything get a different alarm and make sure someone who knows what they are doing install it.. shouldnt be too difficult right?!?!?
