emblem removing

I want to get rid of the emblems on the back and was wondering if there are holes that mount the ex and the civic in or is just glue. Also what about the H.

the ex and civic are both held on by glue. use fishing line to remove them, then get rid of the remining sticky stuff with goo-gone. it worked fine for me. make sure you polish the area well and reapply wax.

you can remove the H, but there are two holes there. you can fill them with bondo, sand down the edge, primer, and repaint. don't forget to reapply some clearcote when you're done repainting. you might want to use blue tape and mask off the rest of the trunk so u don't spray on there

no problem i did mine one afternoon while i was washing my car. just make sure u don't forget to POLISH the area before applying wax. you want the paint there to keep itself oiled, or it'll look flat.

I should do that shiet, would probably make Mr. Clean even cleaner... VTEC badges too... are the VTEC badges held with glue too?

seeing as the vtec badges arent stock, yes they are most likely held on by only glue.

shoe goop works pretty well, i used this for my 6th gen 'civic' emblem that went in place of my stolen lx emblem and it hasnt come off yet.
