alright ya,ll i gotta get your ideas i check up on this site all the time just see whats going on but usually only post for help, iv been meaning to throw some pics of my ride up, but for now heres my question i have swapped a rebuild jdm gsr in my ride not even thinkin about it it is a obd1 and the cars year is a 2000 witch you know calls for obd2 i went up to get my emmisions tested and failed only because the computer could not communicate with my ecu, any ideas for fixes much apprediated, throw out your ideas, thanks guys

First off you need to have an obd2b GSR ecu . You'll then have to convert the engine to obd2. Get an obd1 to obd2b jumper harness, and you'll also have to do something about the connector on the distributor I believe. I don't know everything you have to do though, Google it bro.
thats the thing bro, my car is set up for obd2 and my swap is a obd1 gsr iv made the changes of distributor everythings good its jdm so i was wonderin if i could just get a newer ecu thats obd2 and just hooker up but im not sure if that will effect the way the motor will run im not throwin away this whole swap, just tryin to find a fix
